What is Autism
Spectrum Disorder?
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a complex developmental condition that presents in an assortment of ways and in varying degrees of severity. Some common characteristics of ASD can include difficulties with social interactions and communication, restricted interests, repetitive behaviours and/or thought patterns and behavioural difficulties.

How we can help
Behavioural and physical therapy are both effective methods of treatment for many of the elements of ASD. Our behavioural therapy utilises unique methods of engagement that allow our clients to engage in developing their social and communication skills as well as re-orienting thought and behaviour patterns, through both one-on-one and group therapy.

We often also incorporate exercise therapy with these methods in order to facilitate the development of healthy bodies and happy minds.
