What is exercise
based therapy?
School Refusal clinic utilises a unique method of incorporating different styles of exercise into our therapy sessions such as one-on-one and group training sessions, scooter play and Walk and Talk therapy. Incorporating these methods enables the kids we work with to experience the proof that exercise not only improves health and fitness but also has a positive effect on mood and social skills.

How we can help
Our qualified personal trainer and Educational Support Worker Robbie offers one-on-one personal training sessions, bike riding, and exercise sessions as part of our group programs, whilst our practitioners incorporate elements such as Walk and Talk, pet play, scooter play and more into their one-on-one therapy sessions.
